Main Hall
Ground Floor, 19m x 9m
This is our largest space and is ideal for parties, indoor sports and performances. It has badminton court lines, a stage and a large hatch into the kitchen. The floor is wipe clean and there are double doors into the the Hempton Lounge which can be hired together with this space. Capacity is approximately 200 people theatre style and 100 people cabaret style.

Community rate of hire/hour: £13 (peak), £10.50 (off-peak)

Hempton Lounge
Ground Floor, 14.5m x 4m
This is a popular room for smaller gatherings such as young children’s parties. There is flexible seating and doors opening out onto the lawn. The floor to ceiling windows offer excellent natural light and the entrance doors make it a good choice for a reception area if you are also hiring the Main Hall. Capacity is approximately 50 theatre style (not suitable for cabaret layout).

Clifton Room
Ground Floor, 8.4m x 3.9m
This is our smallest room and offers a cosy well-lit space for meetings or other low capacity events. It has a hard-wearing wood style floor and seats approximately 20 people theatre style or in a round. Also available for hire as a home working alternative.

Deddington Studio
First Floor, 11m x 8m
This light and airy space is ideal for activities such as yoga or dance. It has a wooden floor and access to a galley kitchen with serving hatch and toilets next door. Please note that this room is on the first floor of the Windmill so not suitable for those with special access requirements. Capacity is approximately 60 theatre style or 40 cabaret style.

All Weather Court
The All Weather Court has markings for football, tennis and netball. The surface was refurbished in June 2023 and floodlights can be requested allowing sports to be played after dark or in low light.

Community rate of hire/hour: £21 (adults), £10.50 (under 18s)
The Lookout
8.2m x 3m
Perfect for children's parties and small groups to who want to enjoy our outdoor spaces, playgrounds and courts but need a weather-proof base! Has electrics and lighting. Situated right beside the Adventure Playground.
Standard rate of hire/hour: £7.50 (peak), £5.50 (off-peak)
Community rate of hire/hour: £6 (peak), £4 (off-peak)
